Melcon Controls Pvt. Ltd was founded in 1987 and is ISO 9001:2008, 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified organization. Our firm is operating as the manufacturer and supplier of Control Transformers, Chokes and Inductors. The product range is inclusive of Industrial Reactor, Control Transformers and Industrial Transformers. These products find extensive usage in various industries including automobile, electrical, chemical, heavy machinery, power transmission and food processing. The offered products are known for their precise size, high functionality, resistance towards wear and tear, seamless finish and durability.

We have a huge infrastructural facility made by investing a large sum of money. Our manufacturing unit is loaded with expensive winding machines and vacuum impregnating plants. We source our raw materials from a reliable vendor base for ensuring compliance of industry standards. Our quality control facility has earned us loads of profit by checking the quality of fabricated goods and making them flawless. We have a capacious warehouse for storing of bulk consignments without hassle and confusion. Our transportation facility is capable of timely deliveries and has earned us a trusted name. Unit I

We have fully equipped winding machines (Both CNC and Manual) with

capabilities to handle copper and aluminum foils, rectangular, Square and round

wires. We also facilities to operate both vacuum and dip varnish process with

curing ovens to assure controlled curing over the full range of product and

process. We also have machineries for lamination cutting and punching to make

up for any shortfall. We have two fully equipped digital testing systems which are

regularly calibrated for accurate measurements.

Unit II

We have fully equipped CNC capabilities to handle MS/Alu upto 6MM, SS upto

3MM for Shearing, Punching, Bending & Welding process. We have two fully

equipped instruments which are regularly calibrated for accurate measurements.
