Our in-house metal product manufacturing services include design and engineering, cutting, metal punching, metal forming, fabrication, powder coating and final assembly; all project managed by our knowledgeable team.
With a dedicated assembly area within our Loughborough facility, we can assemble your final product using a wide range of components including electronics, branding, glass, joinery and plastic parts.
Even if your final products require components that are not made of metal or haven’t been manufactured at our plant, we can use our trusted network of suppliers to save you time and money. We can source all of the parts that are required for the final assembly of the finished item on your behalf – the choice is yours. Either that or our project management team can liaise with your chosen supplier for those non-metal materials.

We utilises the latest CNC bending technology from Amada for high-precision bending of parts up to 3000mm in length. With automatic laser angle adjustment and CNC crowning compensation, as well as dedicated offline programming software, we are able to quickly and accurately bend complex shapes from a wide range of materials.

We provide CNC punching, forming and tapping of parts with a variety of standard as well as custom tools. We operate an Amada punching centre with a capability of 1800hpm, which allows for a very high throughput, while still maintaining high quality. Maximum sheet size without repositioning is 2500mm x 1500mm.
